Once a week, students swap the classroom for the ocean, building their dive skills while discovering the world beneath the waves.
We start with the PADI Open Water course, focusing on mastering the equipment, building confidence, and developing essential underwater skills. Normally completed in 3–4 days, our flexible approach means we tailor the pace to match each learner’s needs.
From there, students sharpen their buoyancy and navigation, begin fish identification, and complete qualifying dives that count toward the PADI Advanced Open Water certification (5 dives over 2 days).
In weeks 4–9, divers take the plunge into the Ecological Monitoring Program (EMP), learning global survey techniques and ecological knowledge based on Reef Watch, NOAA and Conservation Diver standards. These skills not only prepare students for scientific data collection but also deepen their connection to marine ecosystems. The Emergency First Aid course can be optional paid certifications and can be scheduled at the individual requests of the group.
Vocational qualifications are available for the SCUBA diving and First Aid parts of this course.
